We partner with local unions to assist Adults with enrolling in apprenticeship opportunities in the electrical, plumbing, welding and other fields. We provide support for participants throughout the program including transportation, tutoring, and helping them to purchase needed supplies. Apprenticeship programs involve hands-on training under the guidance of experienced professionals in a specific field. Participants will gain practical skills, knowledge, and industry experience while earning a wage. The includes a combination of classroom instruction and on-the-job training, allowing apprentices to gradually develop proficiency in their chosen field. Mentoring by skilled workers helps apprentices learn the intricacies of the trade and prepares them for future employment opportunities. Successful completion of the program will lead to certification or qualification in the respective industry, paving the way for a rewarding career path and lifelong income without a college degree.
